La feria gastronómica giró en torno al Jubileo 2025 «Peregrinos de esperanza»

“Hay momentos en la vida que no solo marcan el calendario, sino también el alma. El Jubileo es uno de ellos. ¿Se han preguntado cómo un evento religioso puede transformar familias, comunidades, o incluso en corazón de una ciudad entera? Bueno, hoy queremos compartir con ustedes un recorrido lleno de fe, historia, cultura y esperanza”.

Nicolás Macías y su equipo empezó su presentación reconociendo la importancia de un año de Jubileo. El tema de la Feria Gastronómica 2025 fue una gran oportunidad para entender lo que significa y como se celebrará en diferentes catedrales alrededor del mundo.

The start of the third week in June was a busy one for students in middle school. The year-end project was ready to be shared. On Monday, each of the 14 teams presented in the auditorium the information they had collected through a series of investigations and projects. Included in these efforts were bibliography cards, three-part brochures, and lapbooks. Their PowerPoint presentations were accompanied by all the members of each team who spoke of their newly acquired knowledge in English, Spanish and French.

On Tuesday, parents were invited to visit each of the stands which creatively reflected aspects of the Cathedrals associated with the places of faith. Students offered samples of foods typical of the region where miracles were recognized to have taken place.
